Meet Our Northeast District Bishop
Bp., Dr. Glenroy Powell has been in ministry for over thirty years. He has served as pastor for four PCG Churches in Jamaica and The United States. He has also served as the Capital District Youth Ministry Director for over ten years. He has worked with the State of Delaware as a Youth Rehabilitation Counselor, Volunteer Services Coordinator and Chaplain for the Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services (DYRS) for five major facilities. He currently serves as Bishop of Northeast District and pastor of Family Pentecostal Church in Dover, Delaware.
Dr. Powell, his wife Colette, and daughter Janae reside in Dover, Delaware.
